| Technical Support: Utilizing our knowledge of HDI processes, ZTI provides a 24x7 support desk while maintaining the critical applications that transfer VISA information to DHS, FBI, CBP and the Kentucky Consular Center with an Overseas Support desk utilizing Remedy to assign problem tickets. An on-call engineer provides contact and addresses all issues immediately for Level II and Level III support. This world-wide Tier 2 and 3 Help Desk supports all CA applications. We troubleshoot and provide customers with knowledgeable “how to use” assistance for all the above-mentioned applications as well as various other GOTS and COTS software and end-user hardware. When we are unable to resolve a problem, we utilize the CST Remedy tracking software to redirect the problem to the appropriate Tier for handling. |

| ZTI provides deliverables to the GTM and CO in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or Microsoft Project, as appropriate. All documents conform to the CST standard and are produced following high standards of completeness, clarity, consistency and technical and editorial accuracy. |
