| Zolon is involved in on site support of all local area network hardware, software, and peripherals including administration, installation, configuration, monitoring network traffic and support of all network devices. In addition, database support is required in the areas of planning, configuring, construction, implementation, and maintaining of sound and accurate databases and data warehouses environment. Application support is being provided by Zolon employees in order to facilitate GUI front- end programming that meets organizational business objectives. |

| Zolon supports the operational end user at the VA with the required skills in standard desktop & laptop applications, troubleshooting equipment problems, tracking new equipment to the end user's desk, maintaining configurations to include hardware, software, and training end user on using personal computer (PC) applications. Zolon performance is based on Service Level Agreements for each of these functional areas |
