For our clients who are faced with the challenge of determining a more efficient and effective method for managing a department, division, or even an entire organization, our consultants, led by a CTGO initiated IT investment strategy plan, will implement a Portfolio Management solution to compare each project on multiple levels to identify which projects are too costly, too risky, ineffective, or failing. Alongside the client, we will then perform case by case analysis of the entire portfolio and, through better-informed and factor backed decisions, determine which projects to cut, how to re-appropriate funds, and how to decrease costs while maximizing results.

| Our Program/Project Management services are designed to ensure maximum performance and total accountability throughout the life of the programs and projects. Our services combine on-site management through a highly effective Project Management Office (PMO) and oversight by our Senior Management Team. We base our PM services on our SEI CMMI Level 3 processes and procedures augmented by our ISO QA processes. Our PM resources design and implement customer-focused management plans and schedules and monitor and control them to support evolving project priorities. We manage our projects within a client-approved SDLC framework and an Earned Value Management (EVM) Process that complies with ANSI/EIA Standard 748 throughout the planning, implementation, and delivery phases.
Process Refinement & Optimization - Our consultants assist our clients in reaching new levels of maturity and optimizing critical processes. We partner with clients to streamline operations and drive results through more efficient use of resources – people, tools, time, and money.
