| Zolon provides Program Management, Database and Web Application Support, COTS Application Technical Support, Technical Writing and Quality Assurance to the General Services Administration, Public Building Service (PBS) Region 7 located in Fort Worth Texas, with additional support encompassing offices located throughout a five-state area including Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.

| MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS

| Zolon serves as a technical liaison to and coordinator for PBS management officials, acting as the interface with the local CO, COTR and Information Security Officer (ISO) to ensure compliance with current PBS regulations, policy, and procedures. In addition, Zolon provides capacity planning for growth and development, conducting market research and providing recommendations related to the procurement of IT equipment and supplies, new data management, and new application development technologies. Zolon also provides assistance and documentation to other PBS team members in planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining applications, programs, polices, and procedures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems, networks, and data.

| DATABASE SERVICES

| Our Database Management, application maintenance, and upgrade support focuses on the PBS regional COTS Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Building Facilities Management Application (Datastream D7i) and Datastream Work Order Entry customized application. Zolon also provides Database Management, application, and maintenance support for the PBS regional Planner Estimator Application. On an as needed basis, Zolon deploys new and/or updated database application client-side software. We assist in evaluating and testing application development software and developing and recommending configuration and installation procedures for client side application support software utilizing our CMMi best practices and procedures.

| WEB APPLICATIONS SUPPORT
|

| Zolon provides Web application, design, prototyping, development and maintenance in accordance with GSA ITAPC policies, standards and security requirements, maintaining Section 508 compliance. We analyze and recommend solutions for Web Development projects requested by the PBS COR/COTR, and implement the same upon approval of the COR/COTR. All PBS web design and support for the regional web pages, information technology web pages, and links are routinely maintained and updated by Zolon.

| Application (COTS) Technical SUPPORT: Utilizing our knowledge of HDI processes, Zolon provides Help Desk support in a multi-tiered environment with a focus on PBS Database/Web applications, Regional CMMS Building Facilities Management Application, DataStream D7i, and the Datastream Work Order Entry application. When we are unable to resolve a problem, we redirect the problem utilizing the PBS tracking software to the appropriate Tier for handling. Trouble calls are diagnosed and resolved with Computer Associates (CA) Unicenter Service Plus Service Desk and desktop management tools and/or database management tools when practical.
