| Doc Grantham, Vice President of the Federal Sector, joined Zolon in June 2005 where he is responsible for sales, marketing and delivery of Zolon's IT services and solutions in the public sector. |

| Mr. Grantham brings to Zolon 29 years of technical, management and business development experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining Zolon, he held leadership positions in software engineering, program and project management, marketing, sales and business development with firms including EDS, Sysorex Information Systems, AC Technologies, and Adea Solutions. In the public sector, Mr. Grantham has been directly responsible for providing IT solutions and services to civilian (Agriculture, Education, GSA, HHS, Interior, Justice, Labor, SSA, Veterans Affairs, etc.), defense (DoD Headquarters, US Army and US Air Force) clients, as well as, the US Postal Service and Federal Trade Commission. |

| A native Tar Heel, Mr. Grantham attended NC State University and the University of North Carolina, earning a B.A. degree. After a four-year tour of duty with the United States Coast Guard, he joined EDS in 1975 and survived their reknowned Systems Engineering Development program. An enthusiastic backer of the Wolfpack, Doc and his wife, Andrea (Ande) reside in Fairfax. |
