Arman joins ZolonTech ready to apply his strong foundation in business analytics and information systems to create meaningful impact. As a rising sophomore at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, Arman combines academic excellence with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Beyond the classroom, he is a multi-talented leader, member of the UMD Sports Analytics Club, scholar-athlete, and skilled percussionist.

Harshya Gavaravarapu is a recent graduate from George Mason University, holding both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Cybersecurity Engineering. She is interested in Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, and Software Engineering, and wants to apply her academic knowledge to real-world challenges to make a meaningful impact in the cybersecurity division.

In her free time, she enjoys playing soccer and basketball, doing yoga, listening to music, cooking, and baking.

Thrinath is a rising junior at George Mason University, majoring in Business with a concentration in Management Information Systems. He looks forward to developing his critical thinking, communication, problem solving, and technical skills at the ZolonTech Summer 2025 Internship. Thrinath brings strong business acumen, as well as strong coordination, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Outside of work, he enjoys writing stories, watching movies, cooking, and drawing.

Jaswitha is an undergraduate engineering student, also pursuing a minor in Data Science. At Zolon Tech, she aims to hone her coding and AutoCAD skills with the intention of being able to apply them in the future as a Systems Engineer.

Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Jaswitha is currently teaching herself code to bring an idea to life, and spends quite some time investing and observing the stock market.

Yash is a rising senior at IIIT Hyderabad, majoring in Electronics and Communication. He enjoys working on problems that pose a challenge and require out of the box solutions, which he hopes will present themselves at this internship. At Zolon, Yash intends to learn how to navigate the corporate world to further his currently undetermined goals.

Harshith Chinthapelly is a graduate student in Management Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan University, with an undergraduate degree in Information Technology. He's passionate about working with streaming data and hopes to become a data engineer for a multimedia company in the future. Currently interning at Zolon Tech, Harshith is gaining valuable exposure to how a technical firm operates, from executive-level strategy to technical execution. This experience deepens his understanding of the industry and sharpens his skills in real-world settings.

Outside of his professional interests, Harshith enjoys hiking, kayaking, and watching soccer and cricket.
