Zolon proudly supports the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) by delivering comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) and help desk support for the Presidential Electronic Records Library (PERL) unclassified systems.

Our services include system administration, migration of electronic records, and support for technology refresh efforts. We assist in maintaining a secure and responsive environment for 23 custom Java applications and one Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) product, working collaboratively with NARA to ensure service continuity and technical reliability.

Based on-site in College Park, MD, our team provides help desk and system support during regular business hours, with supplemental after-hours assistance available via secure communications channels. In addition to ongoing system sustainment, we deliver and update technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, and release notes, to ensure consistency and institutional knowledge retention.

These services are delivered in accordance with federal cost-efficiency principles and, where applicable, reflect the expectations of Executive Order 14222, prioritizing support roles that complement rather than replace government functions and ensure effective resource alignment.
