US Army/ Medical Research and Materiel Command

Zolon supports the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC) by providing information technology and cloud infrastructure services in alignment with the Army Digital Transformation Strategy.

Under a government-scoped contract, Zolon assists in cloud migration, application modernization, and infrastructure updates designed to improve efficiency and reduce long-term operational costs. Our support team provides Tier II/III help desk assistance, including equipment and software troubleshooting and administrative support.

Technical expertise includes VMware ESXi/vSphere, Citrix VDI (floating/dedicated desktops via Horizon View 7.0), and user administration across DISA Enterprise Email platforms. We also support secure integration and troubleshooting within platforms such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, Oracle, and AWS.

In accordance with Executive Order 14222, Zolon’s services were awarded based on documented evaluation of in-sourcing alternatives, fiscal efficiency, and non-duplication of existing DoD capabilities. Our role is scoped to enhance technical operations without replacing inherently governmental functions or existing workforce potential.
