James Bryan is the Vice President of Federal Civilian Client Services at Zolon, where he leads strategy, delivery, and client engagement across Zolon’s federal civilian portfolio. He brings more than 25 years of experience partnering with organizations to deliver mission-driven solutions, with deep expertise supporting U.S. federal agencies, including the Department of Health and Human Services and other large, complex enterprises.

Throughout his tenure at Zolon, James has held senior program leadership roles with responsibility for organizational change management, IT modernization, enterprise architecture support, and program management, while overseeing program financials, team growth, client relationships, and delivery excellence. His experience spans managing large, multi-million‑dollar engagements and leading diverse technical and business teams in highly regulated environments.

James is known for his collaborative, client-first leadership style and his focus on tailoring solutions to real mission needs rather than applying one-size-fits-all approaches.
