Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle managed by the U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG). RS3 is primarily focused on providing various types of services to support the U.S. Army and other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies.

RS3 aims to streamline the acquisition process for services by offering a pre-vetted pool of contractors who have undergone a rigorous selection process based on their capabilities, experience, and qualifications. The contract vehicle covers a wide range of services, including but not limited to:

• Research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E) services
