Ram Mattapalli
CEO
As the Founder of Zolon Tech, Mr. Mattapalli oversees the management of the corporation as well as its employees, vendors and consultants. He provides complete leadership, furnishing overall company direction while managing the implementation of business strategies and all daily operations. Additionally managing the development of all products and services, applications, bid and proposal writing, and pricing, Mr. Mattapalli develops and approves all companywide plans, policies, procedures and staff allocations, administering all the logistical components of the company.
As the official principal contact with clients, contractors and sub-contractors, Mr. Mattapalli develops plans and schedules for each tasked project that minimize response time between all concerned parties. His diverse and adaptable marketing strategies are derived from networking and creating business development alliances with other reputable firms, personal contact with existing and potential clients, and steady collection and dissemination of industry and company information.
Under Mr. Mattapalli’s leadership, Zolon Tech has been SCAMPI A-appraised at the Systems Engineering Institute’s (SEI’s) Capability Maturity Model Integrated Maturity Level 3 (CMMI ML-3) — a rating that places Zolon among the top five percent (5%) of all IT services firms worldwide. Zolon Tech’s quality management system (QMS) is registered to the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2011 and ISO 27001:2013 standards. Attainment of these industry standards required an executive commitment to excellence and a significant financial investment — both are characteristics that set Zolon Tech apart from its competitors.
Prior to founding Zolon Tech, Mr. Mattapalli worked in senior technical positions at EDS, Accenture and Ernst & Young. Mr. Mattapalli holds an M.S. and a B.S. in engineering, and an MBA from Duke University.

Manish Dadhich
Vice President
Mr. Manish Dadhich is Vice President at Zolon Tech. Mr. Dadhich is an experienced technologist and has skills in program management, project management, process improvement and supply chain management. He holds several industry certifications such as PMP from Project Management Institute, Blockchain Certified Consultant, ITIL V3 and MCTS.In his current role, Mr. Dadhich is responsible for leading, refining an executing long term business and technical strategy for Health Care vertical including differentiated solution development, resource management strategy and long-term workforce development to compete as a medium size business in the US Federal Market and develop alliances to achieve the goal. He is also responsible for leading implementation of process improvement initiatives using CMMI, ISO, Scaled Agile and ITIL V3 standards. Mr. Dadhich is an expert in Voice of Customer implementation, Semantic Search, Sentiment Analysis Data Analytics and Visualization, Blockchain and Internet of Things and other emerging technologies.Mr. Dadhich has been an integral part of Zolon’s success story. Mr. Dadhich Zolon’s growth story by adding several key accounts including Department of State, Social Security Administration and Health Care customers. Prior to joining Zolon’s Federal practice, Mr. Dadhich was responsible for the delivery of technical solutions to Zolon’s fortune 500 customers. As a project manager, Mr. Dadhich led the delivery of supply chain solutions to Zolon’s customers and performed numerous technology demonstrations to show proof of concept. Before joining Zolon, Mr. Dadhich was involved in delivering supply chain solutions to the customers of SSA Global (now Infor), Keane and International Rectifiers. Mr. Dadhich completed Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD and is a graduate of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Goutham Amarneni
President
As President and Co-founder, Mr. Amarneni is responsible for development and execution of Zolon’s organizational strategy to achieve leadership in the staffing industry. Our inclusion in multiple supplier advisory panels and close collaboration across MSPs is a testament to the success of the strategy. Mr. Amarneni is constantly looking for ways to achieve operational efficiencies through workflow innovations in delivery processes by reducing lead time in closing customer requisitions. Additionally, Mr. Amarneni is responsible for mentoring delivery managers in achieving their full potential through executive coaching sessions.
Mr. Amarneni was responsible for delivery and operations of federal contracts for the United States Department of Transportation, Department of Labor and Transportation Security Agency. Mr. Amarneni is very interested in leveraging this experience to mentor upcoming small businesses in the federal and commercial domains.
Before founding Zolon Tech in July 1998, Mr. Amarneni worked as an Oracle Specialist with multiple customer engagements for Telespectrum Worldwide Inc. and Systems Engineering Services Corp. Mr. Amarneni holds an M.S. in engineering from Texas A&M University and is an active member of the Virginia Minority Supplier Diversity Council, American Staffing Association, Staffing Industry Analysts, United States Pan Asian American Council and National Minority Supplier Diversity Council.

George Kantsios
Vice President- IC/DoD
Mr. George Kantsios is Vice President, IC/DoD at Zolon Tech. He is responsible for the growth, delivery and client satisfaction of IT programs and services across the Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense. Mr. Kantsios’ combination of business operations, capture and technology leadership has provided mission focused differentiated advantage and execution across his 25 year career. Mr. Kantsios leverages his experience to build win/win partnerships and to cooperatively drive business growth.
Prior to joining Zolon, Mr. Kantsios was Vice President of Capture Management and Proposals at NJVC where he focused on securing vehicles, strategic pursuits, capture strategy and spinning out a new ANC 8(a) business. Mr. Kantsios joined NJVC from American Systems, where he served as vice president of capture management leading strategic pursuits, increasing corporate probability of win and growing capture expertise and quality by leveraging business winning teams. Previously, Mr. Kantsios was a long-term employee of BAE Systems. Most recently, he served as Chief Engineer for BAE SYSTEMS’ $650 million IT and cyber security business. He also was senior director, advanced programs, responsible for planning and managing investments for leading-edge technologies such as mobile, cyber and cloud solutions. Earlier, Mr. Kantsios held senior engineering and leadership positions with MITRE, Hewlett-Packard, Northrop Grumman Corporation and SAIC.
Mr. Kantsios has comprehensive experience across the full DEVOPS life cycle utilizing CMMI, systems integration and process improvement methodologies, and is a recognized leader of enterprise and systems architecture. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Physics from Radford University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Old Dominion University.

Vish Hiremath
Vice President - Enterprise Delivery
Vish joined Zolon in Sep, 2009 and has since made significant contributions, leading to increasing responsibilities within the organization. He has 20+ years of in-depth experience specializing in managing, defining, marketing and troubleshooting businesses in the Information Technology Services domain across various industry verticals such as High Tech, BFSI, Healthcare, Government and New Media among others.
Vish is a GovCon Technology Specialist, focused on delivering Mission Critical solutions to FedCiv and DoD clients and currently oversees Enterprise Delivery @ Zolon; by focusing on new business development and account management within the Government Contracting (GovCon) marketplace. I am involved in all areas of client servicing, capture, business development, account management and strategic planning for recompetes.
Prior to Zolon, Vish was instrumental in establishing the U.S. operations for a $100 million Indian public company (Glodyne Technoserve) and was actively involved in the business integration of two acquisitions for Glodyne. He has also worked in the e-Learning and custom content industry in areas of client services, delivery, sales and account management.
Vish earned his B.S. in computer science from the University of Pune, India, and is well-versed on emerging technology trends in the industry. He is also active within the local DC-based Indian diaspora and also sings in a Bollywood band. He lives in Loudoun county with his wife and two beautiful daughters.

Kirk Macchiavello

Mr. Kirk Macchiavello is Vice President and General Manager of the National Security Business Unit at Zolon Tech. He is responsible for the growth, delivery and client satisfaction of IT programs and services across the national security market, including the Departments of Homeland Security, Justice, State, Energy and Treasury. Mr. Macchiavello is a dynamic operations P&L executive with 25 years of experience selling and delivering business and technology solutions and services to federal civilian agencies and commercial clients.
Prior to joining Zolon, Mr. Macchiavello was Senior Director at Attain, where he led the federal/Department of State IT and management consulting services business, including the Securities and Exchange Commission EDGAR program, for which he received the 2014 Attain Federal Program of the Year Leadership Award. Previously, Mr. Macchiavello was Vice President at Apptis/URS (now Amentum), where he led the national security and foreign affairs business. Mr. Macchiavello has also held senior level positions at Unisys Federal and Cap Gemini.
Mr. Macchiavello is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has comprehensive experience across the full System and Service Development and Maintenance Life Cycle utilizing Agile, CMMI and ITIL, systems integration, IT infrastructure/operations and process/service improvement methodologies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Macchiavello has been an active participant in several industry and community organizations including ACT-IAC and the National Kidney Foundation. He was a graduate of the ACT-IAC 2016 Partners executive leadership development program, and served on the steering committee for the National Kidney Foundation’s 2nd Annual Organ Donation Awareness charity basketball tournament at the Verizon Center.
