Our solution also includes robust event management capabilities that are closely integrated with congressional client contact data housed within the CRM, Outlook/MS Exchange, and CRS.gov. This integration enables the Library to efficiently manage congressional client contact information, streamline event registration, reminders, and attendance, and provide easy access to these services via CRS.gov, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
