National Archives/Presidential Electronic Records Library

Zolon is proud to support the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) through the Presidential Electronic Records Library (PERL) tech refresh initiative. Our team is assisting in the transition from Oracle to MySQL and other Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software tools to reduce operational complexity and improve long-term maintainability.

As part of this modernization, Zolon is providing services for hardware installation, software infrastructure buildout, and secure data migration. This effort enhances local records access, enabling faster and more efficient database search and retrieval.

These services were delivered under a federal contract aligned with efficiency and transparency principles outlined in Executive Order 14222, ensuring the integration approach supports cost-effective modernization while preserving public access to critical presidential records.
