The RS3 is a multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a period of
performance of fifteen years, and a total value of $37.4 billion. The contract will provide nearly every
U.S. Army Contracting Command customer with streamlined access to critical services for command,
control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) missions.
